Then, spread approximately one tablespoon or fifteen grams of vegan cheese on top. Set the baguette onto a wire or baking rack. Broil the bread in the oven for two to three minutes at a low setting, just until the vegan cheese starts to bubble. Take it out of the oven and separate your washed basil into single leaves. Slice the washed cherry tomatoes in half and place one basil leaf over the vegan cheese and a tomato on top of that. Lastly, season it with sea or kosher salt.
